Check-in:
We require proof of ownership and ID as part of the application.
When checking in please bring the car down in person along with the documentation, and complete the storage agreement.
Any special requirements or notes about a vehicle will be written down. Copy for us, copy for you.
Remote Check-in:
If you are unable to make it to the site directly and we conduct an online check-in with transportation, we will send over a maintenance report including photos for extra peace of mind, complimentary.
The above documentation would need sending for Remote Check-in. We prefer to talk on the phone prior to confirming a booking. Please arrange a telephone appointment.
Pick-up OR Drop-off Service:
Provide a complimentary pick-up or drop-off service as part of the storage terms and price advertised - collect you from home, a workplace or anywhere local. Airport collection or drop-off can be arranged in advance for Heathrow & Gatwick airports, plus the smaller regional private ones.
This does include "car swap" just in case the stored car is your only vehicle (city living).
(fair usage): For frequent local use and unsocial airport collection hours - you may be asked to (it's polite to..) tip the driver £20-60.
Let us know travel arrangements in advance, we can be there for you.
Maintenance Plan:
When you check-in we spend a little time getting to know the vehicle as sometimes they have unique ways to maintain, start and move, but even some modern sports cars can be slightly unique.
We can leave a vehicle completely untouched allowing you to maintain it when you come to the unit for a "car swap".
- Valeting inside / out should you not have time.
- 60-Day Car roll to help prevent flat spotting increase tire life and prevent brake lock-age.
- Regulation of cooling fans, fluid levels and electrical components.
- 60-Day Start and warm-up of vehicle to include car roll ensuring oils are heated to temperature.
- Gentle run on private land can be requested.
Pre-check for "car swap". The tires will be checked to ensure correct inflation. Wipe down of the windows and wheels. Finally, ensure no leakages of oil or water - so you're ready to drive away.
When returned to the unit we provide a quick interior hoover to remove any dirt or dust.

The above maintenance is included in the monthly storage fee of £160pm No Vat.
Transportation:
We can arrange transport with a third party fully insured company who is local to ourselves. It can be open or covered transportation.
Alternatively, please arrange your own transportation.
Service & Mot:
Arrange the Service & Mot. One of your choice or one of our local providers. We'd take the vehicle by covered transportation should you not have time to come to the unit and arrange it.
